Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.

For Mobile Money payments, refunds will be sent to the customer’s provided Mobile Money number.Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible products depending on stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
